Cancellation and refunds

The binding cancellation terms are the ones Hospitable shows you before you confirm a reservation. This page is a plain-language summary.
Before you book
The booking calendar shows the full stay total, including mandatory charges and government taxes, before you reserve. Optional fees (pets, pool heating, EV charging, early check-in) are listed on the Fees and stay details page and are only added if you use them.
If you cancel
Refunds follow the policy attached to your reservation in Hospitable. Read that policy on the checkout screen. Festival and holiday dates may have stricter terms than a typical weekday stay.
Security deposit
$250–$500. Like a hotel incidental hold. Required before check-in and returned within 7 days after checkout if there are no damages or rule violations. We do not usually charge for minor wear.
House rules and eviction
Serious rule violations (over-occupancy, parties, smoking, unauthorized pets) can end the stay without a refund, as stated in the house rules and the rental agreement.
Guest rental agreement
You accept the rental agreement in the Hospitable checkout. We do not publish a second contract on this website.
