Payment and the rental agreement

Reservations on this website go through Hospitable. Hospitable shows availability, the stay total, takes payment, and presents the guest rental agreement before you confirm. We do not store card numbers on superherosretreat.com, and we do not publish a second contract on this site.

The price you see

This website does not advertise a nightly rate. Pick dates in the calendar to see the complete stay total — including mandatory charges, 13% City of Indio transient occupancy tax, and 1% Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District assessment (stays of 27 days or less) — before you reserve. Optional add-ons (pets, pool heating, EV charging, early check-in) are listed on Fees and stay details and are charged only if you use them.

Save up to 25% when you book direct. No platform commission, no service fees. That is because Hospitable holds the direct rate; other platforms add their commission on top.

Deposit and cancellation

Refundable security deposit: $250–$500. Like a hotel incidental hold. Required before check-in and returned within 7 days after checkout if there are no damages or rule violations. Occupancy and local rules

City of Indio Short-Term Rental Permit No. (will be posted)

Maximum occupancy 12 · 4 permitted bedrooms · maximum 6 vehicles. The City of Indio enforces these limits. House rules cover quiet hours, parking, pets, and the pool.

Guest Wi-Fi after check-in

House Wi-Fi uses StayFi. Connecting usually means a splash page at the house for an email address and mobile number. That is not part of the booking form on this website. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
