- Pet fee
- $150 per pet (max 3) · By approval only. Service animals stay free.
- Pool heating
- $150/day (Sep–May) · $100/day (Jun–Aug) · Heated to a maximum of 82°F. Request at least 8 hours ahead.
- EV charging
- $10/day + $0.40/kWh · Optional. The charger is on site; you only pay if you use it.
- Early check-in / late checkout
- Mostly free · special request · Reach out in advance. Not guaranteed. We may charge if check-in is too early.
- Refundable security deposit
- $250–$500 · Like a hotel incidental hold. Required before check-in and returned within 7 days after checkout if there are no damages or rule violations. We do not usually charge for minor wear.
Taxes
13% City of Indio transient occupancy tax. 1% Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District assessment (stays of 27 days or less). Government taxes are added in the booking calendar and shown in the total before you reserve.
